Recently, Honor introduced two new smartphones with 10,000 mAh batteries, and now there is talk of a powerful phone from OnePlus with a 9,000 mAh battery.
According to the report by Android Headlines, live photos of the OnePlus Turbo have been shared. This phone is likely to be launched soon in the Chinese market. As stated in the report, the variant with the codename 'Prado' seen in the images has been specifically prepared for the Indian market. This handset is expected to feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset for speed and multitasking, and a powerful 9,000 mAh battery. This battery will come with 80W wired fast charging support.
According to the report, the OnePlus Turbo could be launched around March 2026. The company might make the official announcement of this phone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) taking place between March 2 to 5. The exact launch date has not been announced yet, but as it approaches, the company will share details on social media. Notably, in markets outside China, especially in India, this phone is likely to be launched as part of the Nord series rather than under the Turbo name.
