After a week of hustle, fatigue and mental stress are felt. This requires rest for the body and mind. On a holiday, you feel very tired and end up sleeping. Pursue a Hobby:

Due to the hustle and bustle, we don't get enough time for anything other than work throughout the week. So, try to pursue your hobby on your day off. For example, reading, listening to music, painting, swimming, etc. Doing things you love activates a happy hormone called dopamine. This refreshes the mood and significantly reduces mental stress.

Light Exercise, Yoga:

The day off is spent completely relaxing. However, lying down makes you feel more tired. Therefore, try to do light exercise and yoga on your day off. You can do stretching, push-ups, sun salutations. Doing yoga opens up the body. Also, meditation increases concentration and maintains energy.

Spend time in nature:

Instead of staying at home on a holiday, go for a walk in a nearby park, hill, or open field. Greenery and fresh air are the best to relieve mental fatigue. Also, spending time together with family improves your mood. Accordingly, you can also go for a long drive, movie, or dinner.

Get a spa or massage:

If you want to relieve the week's fatigue, you can get a massage or spa treatment on a holiday. It feels very relaxing. Also, take a bath with warm water in the morning or evening. If possible, massage your body with oil before bathing. This improves blood circulation and reduces muscle tension.
