After India banned the accounts of Pakistani celebrities, now Indian songs have been banned in Pakistan

A terrorist attack on tourists took place in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The attack took place in the Baisran Valley of Pahalgam. After this terrorist attack in the Pahalgam area of Jammu and Kashmir, there has been a stir in the entire country. After the Pahalgam attack, the Indian government took action. The Instagram accounts of Pakistani artists have been banned. This list includes the names of celebrities from Hania Aamir to Imran Abbas.

In this backdrop, after banning the accounts of celebrities, Pakistan has also banned the songs of many singers including Lata Mangeshkar. The Pakistan government issued a notification in this regard on May 1 and now it is being reported that Bollywood songs have been banned in Pakistan. Pakistan Broadcasting Association Secretary General Shakeel Masood has said that the broadcasting of Indian songs has been stopped immediately from Pakistani FM radio stations across the country.

Indian songs, especially those by singers like Lata Mangeshkar, Mohammed Rafi, Kishore Kumar and Mukesh, are popular among Pakistanis and are played daily on FM radio stations here.
