Tejas Fighter Plane : Big News! 'Tejas Fighter Plane' Soon in the Air Force Fleet

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has been established in Nashik according to the needs of the Indian Army. The Tejas fighter aircraft is ready to be included in the Indian Air Force and will be inaugurated by the Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh this coming Friday.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is an important factory in Ozar, Nashik, where the MiG fighter aircraft was previously manufactured. In the same factory, around three hundred Sukhoi MKI 30 military fighter aircraft have been produced.

Currently, while maintenance and repair work on the same Sukhoi aircraft is ongoing at HAL, the defense department has also assigned the task of building Tejas fighter aircraft. A production line for M1A fighter aircraft has been set up in 2023 at a cost of 150 crore rupees.
