The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the results of NEET UG 2025 on June 14, 2025. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has topped the exam this year and secured All India Rank 1 (AIR 1). He has secured 99.9999547 percentile. Avika Agarwal from Delhi has also done remarkably and secured AIR 5, making her the topper among girls this year. Her score is 99.9996832 percentile.
This year, 22,76,069 students registered for the NEET UG 2025 exam, out of which 22,09,318 students appeared for the exam. Out of these, 12,36,531 students have cleared this medical entrance exam. The passers include 5,14,063 boys, 7,22,462 girls, and 6 third gender students. The exam was conducted at 4,750 exam centers across 557 cities across India and 14 centers abroad.

2. Select the 'NEET UG 2025' link from the 'Examinations' section.
3. Click on the scorecard download link at neet.nta.nic.in.
4. Enter the application number and date of birth and submit.
5. Check your result and download it in PDF format.
