To strengthen the law and order in the city of Mumbai, the Mumbai police force is set to receive a significant boost. According to sources, more than 450 new advanced vehicles will be added to the Mumbai police fleet. It is said that this decision will greatly improve patrolling, emergency response, and crime investigation in the city.

Under this new plan, each police station will be provided with at least two advanced vehicles. This will enable a quick response in each department. Notably, the fleet will include 90 advanced patrolling mobile vans. These vans will be equipped with advanced communication systems, GPS tracking, CCTV cameras, wireless systems, and facilities to immediately contact the control room.

Until now, Mumbai residents were familiar with the traditional blue police car that arrived at chaotic locations with a siren. However, now those cars will be seen on the roads in a new and more modern form. The new design includes more visible LED lights, high-capacity sirens, and special equipment to enhance safety. It is expected that not only will the police's work become easier, but it will also create psychological pressure on criminals.

All these vehicles are being manufactured in Pune, and some cars have currently been sent forward for the registration process. After completing technical tests, these cars will soon be inducted into the service of the Mumbai police force. It is understood that this purchase was made considering the growing population of the city, traffic congestion, and the changing nature of crime.

Meanwhile, the official inclusion of these vehicles will be done by the state's Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. In an event to be organized soon, these vehicles will be flagged off and inducted into the police force. It is informed that senior police officers and dignitaries from the administration will be present at this event.

In a metropolis like Mumbai, it is crucial to respond promptly to control crime. In such times, the support of advanced vehicles will greatly empower the police. These vehicles will also assist in women's safety, traffic control, disaster management, and anti-terrorism operations.

The police force is constantly prepared for the safety of Mumbaikars. With the inclusion of new vehicles, the efficiency of the police will further increase, and a new chapter in the city's security system is set to begin.
