The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) declared the results of the CA Final examination for May 2025 on Sunday, bringing pride to Maharashtra. Rajan Manoj Kabra, a resident of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has emerged as the national topper by scoring an impressive 516 marks out of 600, earning the prestigious All India Rank 1.
Rajan's journey has been marked by consistency and excellence. He had earlier topped the CA Foundation exam in 2021 and the Intermediate exam in 2022, proving his academic prowess across all three levels of the CA qualification.
Speaking after the results, Rajan said, “I never thought I would come first in the country. But I was consistent with my daily studies, focused on understanding the subjects, and most importantly, believed in myself. Even though the CA exam is tough, regular and stress-free study can make any exam easier.”
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has delivered a remarkable performance in the ICAI exams:
CA Final: Out of 580 students who appeared, 174 students passed.
Group 1: 40 out of 218 passed
Group 2: 20 out of 107 passed
Both Groups: 57 out of 256 passed
Intermediate Exam: 195 out of 736 students passed
Foundation Exam: 222 out of 836 students passed
Over 80 students from Sambhajinagar have become Chartered Accountants this year, adding to the city’s growing academic legacy.
The ICAI Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar branch extended congratulations to Rajan and other successful candidates.
