To seek justice for the suicide case of a female doctor from Phaltan, 83-year-old former MLA Narayan Munde will undertake a symbolic fast in front of the Beed District Collector's office tomorrow. He has warned that if the government does not take appropriate action, he will march on foot from Beed to Phaltan with the support of a stick.

Today, Narayan Munde met with the family of the affected doctor. After listening to the family's plight, he decided to take this extreme step. In harsh words, he attacked the accused, saying, “The tigress of a sugarcane laborer was hunted by wolves.” Munde alleged that those currently in police custody are only nominally the culprits.

“The real culprits are still at large. If they are not caught within the next month, we will intensify the protest. An 83-year-old man will set out on foot from Beed to Phaltan with the help of a stick,” he warned clearly. Due to Munde's hunger strike, there is a possibility of increased pressure on the investigation of the case, as well as on the government and police machinery.
