The state cabinet usually meets on Tuesdays. This time, the meeting was held today, Wednesday. Two major decisions have been made in it. Accordingly, the government has taken a big step regarding the encroachments on Maharashtra district councils, panchayat committees, and fort monuments.

Fadnavis government's important decision!

A decision has been made to amend the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961. Encroachments on state-protected monuments will be prevented just like forts. The committee will be appointed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Cultural Affairs. The co-chairpersons of this committee are the Revenue Minister, Forest Minister, and Ports Minister. This information was provided by Minister Nitesh Rane. He was speaking to the media after this meeting.

What did Nitesh Rane say?

A crucial decision has been made in the cabinet meeting that a committee has been formed to remove encroachments on forts. It includes co-chairpersons such as the Revenue Minister, Forest Minister, and Ports Minister. This committee has been established to undertake historical and important work. I am also part of that committee. People with a jihadi mentality are working to erase history. Green sheets are placed on tombs. If you try to remove the green, people gather. Chaos ensues. However, the opportunity provided by the government's decision will now be utilized to turn it into gold.

Tombs or unauthorized constructions are often found with weapons. No one should cast an evil eye on our forts. Wrap the green sheet now, or tomorrow we will not spare anyone. In the Hindu nation, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Shambhu Raje are present, and no intervention will be made to remove them. Action will start from tomorrow. Our people are members, and there will be no compromise on the subject of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's Hindutva.
