Incident Details: Shooting while cooking

Radhika Yadav (25) was shot in the waist by her father Deepak Yadav (54) while she was cooking on Thursday morning. They immediately took her to a private hospital, but the doctors declared her dead.

Background of stress revealed through WhatsApp chat

According to the information received, Radhika's WhatsApp chat revealed that she had openly discussed the stress in her personal life with her tennis coach. Radhika had written, “There are many restrictions here. I want to live my life and enjoy it. I am thinking of settling in Dubai or Australia, away from my family. I won't go to China because there are fewer food options there.” Her conversation made it clear that she was eager to make decisions about her own life. However, the confined and suspicious atmosphere at home was causing her significant mental stress.

Father's Mental Stress and Society's Taunts

In the police investigation, Deepak Yadav stated that he was constantly criticized in the village.
