Shiv Sena leader and MP Sanjay Raut today discussed various topics in a press conference, including the ambulance tender issued by Shrikant Shinde, Fadnavis's Solapur entry, Asia Cup trophy, and the Shinde-Fadnavis government's MLA fund distribution.
While speaking about the allocation of MLA funds by the Shinde-Fadnavis government this time, Sanjay Raut said, "Since Devendra and Shinde have come, this trend has started. Funds are to be given to their people and those MLAs from the opposition are to be kept dry. This is anti-democratic conduct. It is something the President of the country should take note of... This happens only in Maharashtra.. Currently, this state does not have a governor and even if there is one, they are a puppet of the BJP".
"Didn't other MLAs get elected... Many MLAs have been elected for the first time. This is their arrogance... They think the people's money is like money from their own pocket and such distribution is going on... 5 crore rupees is a shame.. I don't call it development funds, etc.. The five crores given to their own MLAs is a kind of bribe".
"I don't know how many development works will happen, but there will definitely be commission... The people in this government have brought the scheme with the power of money. This will be redirected through the 5 crore contractors... then used to buy voters.... We will have to raise our voice on this..."
