Maharashtra's Endorsement on Mahayuti's Leadership

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and the late NCP leader Ajit Pawar have been endorsed by the people of Maharashtra through the results of the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti, claimed Naresh Mhaske. The complete results are not yet announced, but indications are that Mahayuti will receive a massive majority. In some places, Mahayuti has formed alliances, while in others, independent candidates have won; yet, Mahayuti parties are receiving significant support everywhere. The Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections demonstrate political influence at the local level. According to this year's results, Mahayuti's influence has become more evident in both rural and urban areas of Maharashtra. Shiv Sena (Shinde) is in second place, while Thackeray's Shiv Sena has faced a major defeat.
