Continuing its previous policy, the university will conduct admissions based purely on merit, with no Common Entrance Test (CET). Admission will be granted based on students' academic performance in qualifying examinations. The schedule and guidelines for the admission process have been finalized under the supervision of Vice-Chancellor Dr. Vijay Phulari and Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr. Valmik Sarvade.
For registration, students must visit the official website of BAMU. The application fee is set at ₹200 for open category candidates and ₹100 for reserved category students.

A total of 2,228 seats are available for 54 postgraduate courses across 43 departments (out of 51). In addition, some new courses have been introduced this year, bringing the total number of programs (degree, diploma, and certificate) to 60, according to Deputy Vice-Chancellor Madhav Vagatkar.
