The state's Minister of Social Justice and leader of the Shiv Sena Shinde faction, Sanjay Shirsat, has made an important revelation about MLA Balaji Kalyankar while unraveling the story of the Shiv Sena rebellion that occurred three and a half years ago. Shirsat stated that although Kalyankar was with us during the rebellion, he was extremely dissatisfied.
Further, Sanjay Shirsat said, “During the rebellion, Balaji Kalyankar was with us. However, during that time, he was under a lot of stress. He was worried about losing his MLA position and what would happen in the constituency. He was so stressed that he even stopped eating. Once, he even said, ‘I will jump from the hotel,’” he revealed shockingly.
At this time, Shirsat also hinted about his own political career. “I will definitely retire from politics,” he said, indicating his intention to step away from active politics in the future. Shirsat was speaking at a civic felicitation ceremony organized by the Ambedkarite community in Nanded on Saturday.
