Ajit Pawar meets Jagdale and Ganbote families for condolences

Tourists Santosh Jagdale and Kaustubh Ganbote from Pune were tragically killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Following this heartbreaking incident, the Deputy Chief Minister of the state and Guardian Minister of Pune district Ajit Pawar met the families of Jagdale and Ganbote from Pune yesterday, April 25, 2025, and consoled them.

On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said, "The state government shares your grief and stands firmly with you." He assured that all possible help will be provided to the affected families.

Also, Deputy Chief Minister Pawar, while speaking at a program in Pune yesterday, strongly condemned the attack and said, "Innocent tourists have lost their lives in this cowardly attack. This incident is being strongly condemned across the country, and strict action will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again. I am fully confident that the Indian Army will take strict action against those responsible for this attack and this attack will be avenged."
