(Manikrao Kokate) State Sports Minister Manikrao Kokate is once again in trouble. A major decision has been made by the session court in the apartment misconduct case. The district session court has upheld a two-year sentence and a fine of 10,000 for the 10 percent apartment misconduct case in the government quota.
Due to this court decision, a sword of arrest hangs over Kokate. According to the law, if the sentence is more than two years, their MLA position and consequently the ministerial position may be at risk under the Representation of the People Act.
Against this backdrop, there is now a possibility of Minister Manikrao Kokate being arrested at any moment, and an arrest warrant has now been issued against Minister Kokate.
