(Congress) Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have received significant relief in the National Herald case. The Economic Offenses Wing of the Delhi Police filed an FIR in this case on October 3. In this FIR, names of the Gandhi family along with Sam Pitroda, Suman Dubey, Young Indian, and others were registered as accused.

Against this backdrop, it is reported that the Delhi court has refused to take cognizance of the chargesheet filed by the ED against Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. It is also reported that the court has refused to provide a copy of the FIR filed by the Delhi Police against the Gandhi family and others in the same case.

Due to this court decision, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and a total of seven people have received relief. Against this backdrop, the Congress is going to launch a strong protest at the ED office today. The Congress has become quite aggressive, stating that the Bharatiya Janata Party government falsely accused Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and the Congress party of corruption in the National Herald case, causing unnecessary trouble. However, the court's verdict has exposed the BJP. Against this backdrop, the Mumbai Congress will march to the ED office today at 1 PM. All office bearers, district presidents, and state officials will participate in large numbers in this march.
