(Avadhoot Gupte) A special campaign song was prepared on behalf of BJP for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections. However, this campaign song of BJP has been rejected by the Election Commission. It has come to light that the Election Commission objected to the word 'Bhagwa' in this song written against the backdrop of the municipal elections.
This song, created for BJP's campaign, is sung by popular artists Avadhoot Gupte and Vaishali Samant. In this context, singer Avadhoot Gupte has now reacted.
Singer Avadhoot Gupte said, "The Election Commission objected to the word 'Bhagwa'. They said that the word 'Bhagwa' will not be allowed. I don't know exactly what happened? I haven't received that letter yet. I don't think there should be any objection just to the word 'Bhagwa'. Nothing has come to me yet asking for corrections." said Avadhoot Gupte.
