(Solapur) It is reported that the Election Commission has given approval for the unopposed declaration of Anagar Municipal Council in Mohol Taluka. A letter from the Deputy Commissioner of the State Election Commission, Rajendra Patil, has been sent to the District Collector of Solapur.
The commission has approved the declaration of all 17 members and the mayoral position as unopposed in the Anagar Municipal Council election, as only one nomination remains for each.
It is reported that the election officer will hand over the certificate of victory to all winning candidates, and the election officer, Tehsildar Sachin Mulik, is expected to make the official announcement this morning.
