A tragic and shocking incident has surfaced from an ashram in Vaijapur taluka of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, where a renowned female kirtankar was found murdered under mysterious circumstances.
The deceased has been identified as H.B.P. Sangeettai Maharaj, a respected spiritual figure known for her devotional discourses. Her body was discovered within the premises of the ashram, sparking widespread concern and sorrow in the community.
According to preliminary reports, the crime is believed to have occurred late Friday night. An unidentified assailant allegedly entered the ashram and fatally attacked Sangeettai Maharaj with a heavy stone, resulting in her death on the spot. The motive behind the attack remains unclear as of now.
Upon receiving information, local police rushed to the scene and initiated an investigation. A dog squad and a forensic team were deployed to collect evidence and trace the attacker. Authorities are currently examining all possible leads.
