To conduct the twelfth-grade exams in a completely copy-free, fear-free, and transparent environment, the district administration and the secondary education department have implemented multifaceted and stringent measures. For this, an online review meeting of exam center directors, group education officers, panchayat committee officers, center heads, supervisors, flying and sitting squads was held under the chairmanship of Secondary Education Officer Ashwini Lathkar.

The administration has announced a zero-tolerance policy and warned of strict action against offenders under the Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act 1982 and the board's instructions. Equal action will be taken against those who commit malpractices, as well as those who assist, neglect, or turn a blind eye, including officers and employees.

During the examination, inappropriate conduct, copying, or malpractices will not be tolerated. The flying squad will inspect students using the new token system. Thorough inspection by hall according to groups from roll number 1 to 50, 51 to 100. If malpractice is found, direct action will be taken against the examinees, supervisors, center directors, and the sitting squad in that hall, and if the incident occurs even with the sitting squad present, the squad will also be punished.

Unauthorized gatherings, suspicious movements, or pressure tactics under Section 144 will not be tolerated in the examination center area. Control rooms and war rooms will be operational at the district level. Drones, special flying squads, and regular sitting squads will be deployed at sensitive centers. On January 26, two lakh students took an oath for a copy-free environment, and everyone should take collective responsibility, Lathkar appealed.

The vigilance committee is ready under the chairmanship of District Collector Dilip Swami, and under the guidance of ZP CEO Ankit, Police Commissioner Praveen Pawar, and SP Dr. Vinaykumar Rathod, sudden inspections will be conducted by lottery method. During the exam period, Xerox centers will be closed, a pavilion for parents, and water-electricity-fan facilities for students under the responsibility of the center directors.
