According to the latest forecast, there is a high possibility of thunderstorms and rainfall in many districts. The IMD has specifically predicted rain with strong winds in Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar.
Unseasonal rains have already been affecting various regions of the state over the past few days. Today's forecast suggests that parts of Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada may witness heavy rainfall coupled with gusty winds.
The Meteorological Department has also cautioned that heavy showers may hit Mumbai and Thane. Other areas across Maharashtra are likely to experience cloudy skies and intermittent rain throughout the day.
