(Vikas Gogawale) During the Mahad municipal elections on December 2, a clash occurred between Shiv Sena and NCP workers outside the polling station. Vehicles were vandalized. This ruckus happened around 1 PM on December 2.

A case has been filed against 29 people in this matter, including Vikas Gogawale. Vikas Gogawale has been absconding since then, and the Mumbai High Court had ordered him to surrender to the police. Subsequently, Vikas Gogawale surrendered to the police.

Against this backdrop, Minister Gogawale's son Vikas Gogawale has been granted bail, along with eight arrested Shiv Sena accused. As soon as judicial custody was pronounced, the accused applied for bail.
