(Rohit Arya Case) In the Powai area of Mumbai, a person had taken 20 people hostage, including 17 children. The name of the person was Rohit Arya. As soon as the police received information about this incident, they rushed to the scene and took immediate action, rescuing all the children safely within a few hours. After this incident, there was a lot of chaos in the entire area. He had also shared a video about this on social media. The police entered through the bathroom of the studio. During this time, there was an encounter between Rohit Arya and the police, and the accused was injured in this encounter. The accused was immediately admitted to the hospital. However, the accused died during treatment at the hospital.

On this, Adv. Nitin Satpute said, 'The encounter of Rohit Arya by the Mumbai police was fake. The police could have shot Rohit Arya in the hand or leg. But, DCP Amol Waghmare wanted to be a hero, so he shot Rohit Arya in the chest and killed him,' alleged lawyer Satpute.

Against this backdrop, Nitin Satpute is going to court today in the Rohit Arya case and will request the court to take suo moto cognizance. However, if the court does not take suo moto cognizance, it remains to be seen whether they will file a public interest litigation today itself.
