(Rohit Pawar) ED has taken action against Rohit Pawar. A supplementary charge sheet has now been filed against MLA Rohit Pawar in the Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank scam case, and it is reported that this charge sheet has been filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2022 in a special court in Mumbai.
Earlier, ED had seized assets worth more than 50 crore rupees of Baramati Agro Company. Following this, the charge sheet has now been filed.
Against this backdrop, Rohit Pawar tweeted a response. Rohit Pawar said, 'It is well known that #ED took action against me because I did not listen to someone or something, there is no need to elaborate on this. #ED officials are merely executors of orders, they just followed the orders they received and have now filed the charge sheet.'
'This means the investigation is complete and the ball of the decision we were waiting for is now in the court of the judiciary.
