(Sunetra Pawar) After the demise of Ajit Pawar in a plane crash, the responsibility of the vacant Deputy Chief Minister position was given to Sunetra Pawar. On January 31, Sunetra Pawar took the oath of office as Deputy Chief Minister, and today Sunetra Pawar assumed the charge of the Deputy Chief Minister at the ministry. Following this, Sunetra Pawar posted a reaction. Sunetra Pawar said, 'While accepting the responsibility of the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra today, there is also an awareness of trust, duty, and sacrifice. The dedication to development that Mr. Ajitdada pursued throughout his life for the people of Maharashtra is my guiding beacon.'

'I will continue my journey with the strength of my father's work style, decision-making ability, and close relationship with people. Fulfilling his unfulfilled dreams and doing justice to the expectations of farmers, women, youth, and common citizens will be my priority.'

'No one can take my father's place, but I will certainly make an honest effort to preserve his legacy of thought and build a more capable Maharashtra. The love, support, and trust given by the people in this difficult time is my strength. Today, in front of his memory, I make only one promise that I will continue to work with dedication and commitment for the benefit of Maharashtra,' said Sunetra Pawar.
