The Centenary Golden Jubilee Festival will be celebrated in Delhi.

Meanwhile, this festival will also be celebrated in Mumbai today. On this occasion, a group singing of 'Vande Mataram' will take place at 10 AM in the Trimurti courtyard of the Ministry, in the presence of Chief Minister Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and Ajit Pawar, inspired by the spirit of patriotism. Additionally, collective singing programs will be organized at all taluka locations, and attendance will be mandatory for government and semi-government officials and employees from all departments of the administration.

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the song 'Vande Mataram', the Maharashtra government has issued an order to have the entire 'Vande Mataram' song sung in all schools in the state from October 31 to November 7, 2025. Against this backdrop, Lokshahi conducted a reality check in Marathi and Urdu schools, and it was found that the government order was not followed in most Urdu schools in the state, and group singing of the Vande Mataram song was not observed in many Urdu schools.
