Water supply in Yerwada, Tingrenagar areas of Pune will be shut on Thursday. Due to essential and urgent maintenance and repair work by the Pune Municipal Corporation's Bundgarden Water Supply Department, the water supply will be shut for the entire day on Thursday, August 21.
According to the information provided by the municipal corporation, the areas of Yerwada, Sangamwadi, Tingrenagar, Vidyanagar, Vadgaonsheri, Kharadi, Chandannagar, Somnathnagar, Vimannagar, Lohgaon, Vishrantwadi, Nagpurchawl, Yerwada Jail Colony, Press Colony, Kalyaninagar, Dhanori, Kalwad, Phulenagar, Sapras, Shantinagar, Pratiknagar, and Kasturba Colony will be affected.
Meanwhile, the municipal corporation has clarified that on Friday (August 22), the water supply will start late and with low pressure. The water supply department has appealed to citizens to use water sparingly during this period.
