The thrill of the Super Over has been witnessed after 4 years at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. This time Rajasthan won the toss and decided to bowl first. While Delhi batted first, they set a target of 189 runs for Rajasthan. Chasing the runs given by Delhi, Rajasthan and Delhi tied the match. Due to this, a stormy Super Over match was played between both the teams. Delhi defeated Rajasthan at home and won. While it was thought that Rajasthan would easily defeat Delhi and win the match, the match suddenly took a different turn.

While playing for the Super Over, Hetmyer and Riyan Parag were the first to come into the field from Rajasthan. Hetmyer hit a boundary on the second ball and scored a run on the third ball. Then Riyan Parag hit a boundary on the fourth ball, but it was a no-ball. Then Hetmyer tried his best to score more runs on the fifth ball, but he failed. Thus, Rajasthan set a target of 12 runs for Delhi. On the other hand, experienced fast bowler Mitchell Starc stopped it at 12 runs. Delhi sealed their victory on the 12 runs given by Rajasthan in the Super Over.

This time Mitchell Starc gave Rajasthan just 11 runs in the Super Over. On the other hand, the partnership of KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs from Delhi gave Delhi the victory. KL Rahul first scored 2 runs on the first ball, then hit a four on the second ball and again scored one run on the third ball. On the other hand, Tristan Stubbs hit a powerful six on the fourth ball, thus Delhi won the Super Over by 16 runs.

Along with this, when Rajasthan needed 9 runs in the last over, Hetmyer and Dhruv Jurel came on the field. From Delhi, Mitchell Starc gave 2-2 runs each in the first 4 balls. After that, Starc started bowling yorkers continuously. Dhruv tried to run on Starc's yorkers and he was dismissed. Due to this, Rajasthan also scored 188 runs. On one hand, Delhi lost 5 wickets and scored 188 runs, giving Rajasthan a challenge of 189 runs, while on the other hand, Rajasthan also lost 4 wickets and reached 188 runs. Due to this, Mitchell Starc also became the architect of Delhi's victory.
