MHADA has set a target of constructing 19,497 houses in the state, including Mumbai, in the next year, and it is being reported that 5199 houses will be constructed in Mumbai.
Along with this, it is proposed to construct 5199 flats in the coming financial year under the Mumbai board of MHADA. For this, a provision of Rs 5749.49 crore has been made in the budget for the year 2025-2026.
