In a major twist to the alleged land scam involving the transfer of land worth ₹150 crore, the landowner, Mir Mohammad Ali Khan, has made his first public statement, claiming that the land was transferred to MP Sandipan Bhumre’s driver purely for safekeeping.

Speaking to the media, Mir Mohammad Ali Khan clarified that the land in question, located in Aurangabad, rightfully belongs to him. He explained that he transferred the property to his driver, Javed Sheikh, in an attempt to protect it from illegal encroachment.

“This land is mine. A lawyer from Parbhani named Mujahid Khan was trying to grab it illegally. To prevent this, I transferred the land to Javed Sheikh’s name,” said Khan. “My decision was based solely on protecting my property.”

Khan further revealed that he has already lodged a complaint against Mujahid Khan with the police and urged the Aurangabad Police Commissioner to take the matter seriously. “I have filed a formal complaint and request that legal action be initiated against Mujahid Khan,” he added.

In a surprising statement, Khan also disclosed that he shared a ‘domestic relationship’ with his driver, Javed Sheikh—a claim that has added a dramatic twist to the case and fueled further speculation.

The issue has sparked widespread debate both locally and on social media. Many are questioning the real motive behind transferring such a high-value property to a personal driver, and the incident continues to generate political and public interest.

As the controversy deepens, all eyes are now on the ongoing investigation and how the authorities will respond to these latest revelations.
