(National Herald Case) Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have received major relief in the National Herald case. The Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police had filed an FIR in this case on October 3.
In this FIR, names of the Gandhi family, Sam Pitroda, Suman Dubey, Young Indian, and others were registered as accused. Against this backdrop, it is reported that the Delhi court has refused to take cognizance of the chargesheet filed by the ED against Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.
It is reported that the court has also refused to provide a copy of the FIR filed by the Delhi police against the Gandhi family and others in the same case. Due to this court decision, a total of seven people, including Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, have received relief.
