Fear that six are trapped under debris
(Uttarakhand landslide) Heavy rain is occurring in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Due to this torrential rain and landslide, there has been significant damage to houses in four villages in the Nandnagar area, located 50 kilometers from Chamoli. It is feared that two people have died and six people are trapped under the debris.
Additionally, it has been reported that five people have been injured in this incident, and the injured have been taken to 'AIIMS' in Rishikesh for treatment. It is anticipated that the death toll may rise.
