Nothing CMF: Headphone Pro from Nothing's CMF sub-brand is now in India, know what are the price and special features of the device?
Nothing's sub-brand CMF by Nothing has launched its first over-ear wireless headphone 'CMF Headphone Pro' in India. Although these headphones are priced at 7,999 rupees, they will be available for sale at a launch price of 6,999 rupees for a limited time from January 20. These headphones will be available on Flipkart and select offline stores, with three color options: dark gray, light green, and light gray.
These headphones support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which is the first ANC-enabled headphone in CMF's over-ear models. It features 40mm nickel-plated drivers that reduce noise by up to 40 decibels with hybrid adaptive ANC. Special audio modes like cinema and concert are available for a better sound experience. Additionally, LDAC and high-res audio support provide quality similar to smart headphones.
The design of the headphones is transparent and modular, featuring physical buttons and roller dials instead of touch controls. Features include a roller dial for volume and playback control, an energy slider for bass-treble adjustment, and a custom button. The ear cushions can be easily replaced. All these settings and personal sound profiles (audio tuning according to hearing ability) can be set via the Nothing X app.
Battery life is a highlight of these headphones. They last up to 100 hours with ANC off and up to 50 hours with ANC on. With USB Type-C fast charging support, a 5-minute charge provides 8 hours of battery life without ANC. It takes less than two hours to fully charge. These headphones can also be charged with a Type-C cable used for mobile charging.
With ANC, long battery life, and modular design at this price, these headphones will intensify competition in the budget segment. As the CMF Headphone Pro is soon to be available in the market, audio enthusiasts are excited.
