There is important news providing relief to students regarding the eleventh admission process in Maharashtra. Due to heavy rains in many parts of the state, obstacles have arisen in the eleventh admission process. Therefore, the state government has given a big relief to students by extending the deadline for admission. Now, students will have the opportunity for eleventh admission until August 22.

Currently, there is a situation of heavy rain in almost all parts of the state. In some places, flood conditions have arisen, and schools and colleges have had to be declared closed. Against this backdrop, it became difficult for students to secure admission on time. Therefore, the deadline for the eleventh admission process has been extended from August 20 to August 22.

The admission process for 21,50,130 seats in a total of 9,525 junior colleges in the state is being conducted online. So far, 12,03,416 students have been admitted to the eleventh grade. However, many students were still deprived of admission. Therefore, a special round open to all was announced for the convenience of the students. In this round, students who did not get admission in the regular rounds, students who passed the supplementary exams, and ATKT students can take admission.

The deadline for this open round was initially until August 17. However, due to heavy rains, considering the situation, this deadline was extended to August 20. Yet, as the severe rain crisis persists in some places, there are difficulties in gaining admission. Therefore, in the interest of the students, the deadline has finally been extended again to August 22.

This decision will provide relief to students waiting for admission, and it has been clarified that efforts are being made by the administration to ensure that no student faces difficulties.
