Kanjurmarg Crime: Young man stabbed in Kanjurmarg; dies during treatment

Kanjurmarg, the incident of a knife attack that occurred early Saturday morning in the Kanjurmarg area has caused a stir in the locality. In the jurisdiction of Kanjurmarg police station, a shocking incident occurred where a 23-year-old young man was seriously injured by a known person who attacked him with a sharp weapon. The young man, who was admitted to the hospital in an injured state, died during treatment. The deceased young man's name is Harsh Thakur.

In this case, Harsh's father Tushar Thakur (age 45) has filed a complaint here. Tushar Thakur is a driver by profession and was residing with his family in the Kanjurmarg area. According to the complaint he filed, early Saturday morning while he was asleep at home, he received a call from an unknown person. The caller informed him that someone had stabbed his son multiple times with a sharp weapon and that he had been immediately admitted to the hospital.

According to the police investigation, the incident occurred between approximately 1:15 and 1:45 AM on Saturday. Harsh Thakur was standing in the area with some friends when the accused, Rohit Kharat, arrived on a motorcycle. He called Harsh aside to talk. Suddenly, he took out a sharp weapon and started attacking Harsh. The sudden attack left Harsh seriously injured. Police reported that he had multiple wounds on his body.

During the attack, Harsh's friends rushed to help him. However, the accused threatened them with a knife-like object, intimidating them. Frightened, the friends stepped back for a few moments. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the accused Rohit Kharat fled the scene on his motorcycle.

Injured Harsh was immediately admitted to the hospital with the help of friends and local citizens. Doctors started treating him; however, due to severe injuries, he died during treatment. Upon receiving the news of Harsh's death, the family was engulfed in grief, and the community is also expressing sorrow.

After the incident, Kanjurmarg police immediately started the investigation. Special teams were formed to search for the accused. The accused was tracked down through technical investigation, CCTV footage, and confidential information. Finally, the police laid a trap in Jalna and arrested the accused Rohit Kharat. A serious crime has been registered against the accused, and further investigation is ongoing. The police are trying to uncover the exact reason and background behind the attack through further investigation.
