A type reminiscent of the shocking incident in Badlapur has emerged in the Malad area. A serious allegation has been made that a school attendant misbehaved with a five-year-old girl in a school in Malad, and this incident has caused intense anger in the area.

According to the information received, the accused attendant threatened to kill the minor girl and committed misconduct with her. After this incident came to light, the girl's parents immediately complained to the school administration. However, the parents have alleged that the school administration avoided giving clear information about the accused.

Not only that, but it has also been alleged that the school's CEO intimidated the girl's parents to prevent the matter from going public to avoid tarnishing the school's reputation. This incident has caused intense anger among parents as well as local citizens.

Following a complaint by the girl's parents, the Malad police have registered a case against the school peon Anil Panchal (age 30) and the school's CEO Anant Yagnik (age 65). A case has been registered against both under Section 74, 351(2) of the Indian Penal Code 2023 and Sections 10, 17, and 21(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) 2012.
