A shocking incident has come to light from the Mahesh Park area in Nalasopara East. There has been a stir in the area after the body of a 30-year-old man was found in flat number 309 on the third floor of the Shivam Nivas building. The deceased man's name is Hiren Mahendra Chittoda.
According to the information received, the residents of the building became suspicious when a strong and foul smell started emanating from flat number 309. They then informed the deceased's sister, who lives in the area, as well as former corporator Swapnil Bandekar. Upon receiving the information, both of them reached the scene and immediately informed the Tulinj police station.
When the police arrived at the scene, they found the door of the house locked from the inside. Then the police broke the door and entered the house. Inside, they found Hiren's blood-soaked body, and the police were shocked by the sight.
According to information received from relatives, Hiren was living with his mother. However, a few days ago, his mother had gone to their native village in Gujarat. It has come to light that Hiren was suffering from illness and also had a habit of addiction.
