She has approached the Delhi High Court after noticing that some unauthorized websites are misusing her name, photo, and identity without permission.

She has requested in the petition to prevent people from using her name, image, and AI-generated pornographic content. Aishwarya Rai's lawyers have informed the court about those websites and content.
