This complaint has been filed by a 20-year-old woman. According to her, she came into contact with Sachin through Instagram in February 2024. According to the woman's allegations, Sachin called her to the studio with the promise of giving her a music album and repeatedly sexually assaulted her there under the pretext of marriage.

In the statement given to the police, the woman stated that all this was done deliberately and knowingly. The police acted promptly on the complaint and arrested Sachin Sanghvi under the relevant sections of the BNS. Currently, the investigation is ongoing, and the police have indicated that they will take strict measures in this case.
