In a major revelation following heightened tensions between India and Pakistan, the chiefs of India’s Army, Navy, and Air Force addressed the media in a joint press conference today, shedding light on the recently concluded 'Operation Sindoor' and the current status of bilateral relations.

The operation was launched in retaliation to the brutal terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where terrorists targeted and killed 26 Hindu civilians after interrogating them about their religion. The Indian Armed Forces responded decisively with 'Operation Sindoor', a coordinated campaign involving the Army, Navy, and Air Force to neutralize terrorist threats and dismantle cross-border terror networks.

“Our Fight is Against Terrorists” — Air Marshal A.K. Bharti

Air Marshal Awadhesh Kumar Bharti, representing the Indian Air Force, emphasized that the Indian military’s actions were targeted solely at terrorist groups. “Our fight is against terrorists. That is why we struck their camps first. But Pakistan chose to stand with the terrorists, effectively making it their own fight,” he said.

He further added, “We took targeted anti-terror actions. India’s defense shield is impenetrable. In fact, we even intercepted and destroyed a Chinese-made missile launched by Pakistan.”

“Pakistan’s Sins Were Full” — Army Chief Lt. Gen. Rajiv

Lieutenant General Rajiv, speaking on behalf of the Indian Army, declared that the attack in Pahalgam was the final provocation. “Pakistan’s sins were full. We had already prepared our response in advance. After the attack, we executed the operation swiftly. Our forces on the border neutralized multiple Pakistani drones and effectively countered all hostile actions.”

He confirmed that Indian forces successfully dismantled Pakistan’s attempts to destabilize the region, reiterating the Army’s readiness and resilience.

High-Tech Warfare: Indian Forces Used Advanced Weaponry

Air Marshal Bharti detailed the sophisticated weapon systems used during the operation. “We deployed three categories of weapons: low-level defensive guns, surface-to-air missiles (SAMs), and long-range missile systems. Weapons such as the AD Surface system, Pechora, and Akash Missile System played a crucial role in 'Operation Sindoor’,” he said. He also noted that Pakistan primarily relied on Chinese-made long-range missiles.

“We Used Maximum Radar Surveillance” — Vice Admiral A.N. Pramod

Vice Admiral A.N. Pramod highlighted the critical role played by the Indian Navy in surveillance and early threat detection. “Our naval forces were constantly monitoring the situation using a wide range of sensors and intelligence inputs. We utilized our radar systems to their fullest capacity, which helped us intercept and prevent attacks effectively,” he explained.

Ceasefire Tensions Remain

Despite a memorandum of understanding signed between the two nations during the three-day standoff, Pakistan continued to violate the ceasefire agreement. However, Indian forces swiftly responded and neutralized these threats. The Indian military leadership has made it clear that any future violations will be met with strong retaliation.

The joint press conference underscored India's unified defense strategy and conveyed a strong message of deterrence, signaling that national security remains non-negotiable.
