Mango: The Correct Way to Eat This Summer Delight

When the summer vacation starts, everyone goes crazy for eating mangoes. Nature has given us juicy mangoes in the summer. There are many varieties of mangoes, which are called the king of fruits, but the Hapus mango from Konkan is the best in taste. Nowadays, mangoes start appearing in the market only at the end of winter. But mangoes do not taste good until the summer starts properly. Therefore, one should avoid the temptation of buying mangoes in a hurry. Mangoes that are ripened in the shade of grass taste good. Eating mangoes that are ripened through chemical processing is not good for health.
The sign that a mango is ripe is its aroma. Therefore, when buying a mango, smell it near the stem and use a well-ripened mango for eating. Before eating a mango, wash it with clean water. Also, soak the mango in water for an hour. Because mango is hot. To reduce its heat, soak the mango in water. Also, eat mango during the day if possible. Eating mango after sunset is not good for health.
Sometimes, children or young people can eat mangoes by breaking them open. However, it is better to take the juice of the same mango, add two tablespoons of ghee and mix it with 2 pinches of Chaturjat ingredients. Chaturjat means cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves and cloves. Mix all these four ingredients in equal weight and grind them finely in a mixer. Now your Chaturjat is ready. Store this mixture in an airtight container. Mixing two tablespoons of ghee and 2 pinches of Chaturjat powder in about a bowl of juice helps in digesting mangoes.
It helps to rejuvenate the body and mind that are tired during the summer. If the mango is of good quality and consumed in this way, it is digested properly. This increases the body's strength, helps in improving digestion, improves appetite, gives a pleasant taste to the mouth, and helps in cleansing the bowels.
