High Court Order On Bacchu Kadu Protest: High Court takes a strict stance with an important order on Bacchu Kadu's protest! Said, until six o'clock...
Bachchu Kadu's march has reached Nagpur. Due to the Maha Elgar movement initiated by Prahar's founder and former minister Bachchu Kadu for demands like loan waiver, clean land records, and various farmer interests, a tense atmosphere has been created in Nagpur. Following this, the Nagpur bench of the Mumbai High Court has issued an important order to Bachchu Kadu. The High Court has ordered the protest site to be vacated by six o'clock this evening. Citing the presence of schools, hospitals, and colleges nearby, the High Court took cognizance of the matter based on media reports.
A response has come from Bachchu Kadu, and Bachchu Kadu said, "We will move forward with the people's decision... If the people say stand up, we will stand up. If the court is making decisions on its own, it doesn't seem very convenient... We will be cut but not bow down... We will not back down until a decision is made... We respect the court's order. However, the people have made me stand... If the people tell me to stand, I will stand; if they tell me to sit, I will sit."
"The Police Commissioner has not given us permission for ten months.. they are not doing police duty.. instead, they are waving the BJP flag... orders have now come to clear the ground by six o'clock.. orders to leave at six came at five... it seems like work is being done according to the government's calculations.... now this conflict between the people's court and the legal court... we will not disrespect the court.. but there is respect for public sentiment," said Bacchu Kadu.
