Housefull 5: Earns ₹3.88 Crore from Advance Bookings; Film to Feature Two Different Endings
The much-awaited comedy entertainer Housefull 5, starring Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, and Abhishek Bachchan, is all set to hit theatres on June 6. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the fifth installment of the popular Housefull franchise has already created a strong buzz in the industry.
Even before its theatrical release, Housefull 5 has earned a staggering ₹3.88 crore from advance bookings, with over 45,000 tickets sold across the country. This indicates massive anticipation among audiences and a strong start at the box office.
A Unique Twist: Two Different Endings
In a first-of-its-kind move for Indian cinema, Housefull 5 will be released in two different versions – Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B – each featuring a different climax. These versions will be screened in different theatres, giving audiences a unique experience and encouraging repeat viewership.
With 72 actors in the ensemble cast and packed with the trademark chaos and humor the franchise is known for, the film is expected to be a major hit.
Additionally, the film has already raked in approximately ₹135 crore through the sale of satellite rights, digital streaming rights, and music deals, ensuring substantial pre-release profits.
Housefull 5 will release on 5,000 screens across India and is poised to be one of the biggest commercial entertainers of the year.
