Following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India responded decisively through Operation Sindoor, a military operation that has so far destroyed nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and killed over 100 terrorists. This operation, along with the ongoing conflict and ceasefire violations between India and Pakistan, has had significant international repercussions. In response, the central government has now taken major steps to strengthen India's stance against terrorism.

The government has formed seven all-party delegations, which will soon visit key friendly nations worldwide to present India's unwavering commitment to combating terrorism. The delegations will showcase India's national resolve and emphasize the country's tough stance against all forms of terrorism. Each delegation will include Members of Parliament (MPs) from various political parties, notable political leaders, and seasoned diplomats. The primary mission will be to explain India's policy of 'Zero Tolerance' towards terrorism to the global community.

The delegations will be led by prominent political figures, including Congress' Shashi Tharoor, BJP's Ravi Shankar Prasad, JD(U)'s Sanjay Kumar Jha, BJP's Baijayant Panda, DMK's Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, NCP-SP's Supriya Sule, and Shiv Sena's Shrikant Eknath Shinde. India has consistently condemned acts of cross-border terrorism, whether it was the 26/11 Mumbai attacks or other such incidents. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has strengthened its global position on combating terrorism.

During a briefing, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said, "India stands united in the face of every critical moment. This anti-terrorism delegation will carry the message of zero tolerance to the world. Through these all-party delegations, India will appeal to the world to unite against terrorism and take decisive action."

The seven delegations are expected to begin their international visits soon, with their mission likely to bring global attention to the urgent need for a unified stance against terrorism.
