(UP Crime) A tragedy has occurred in Aharoda village of Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh. A 14-year-old girl, Rashi Valmiki, died after hearing the loud sound of a DJ at a wedding ceremony. Rashi was studying in ninth grade and was attending the wedding procession with her family.
On Friday night, there was a loud sound of band, drum, and DJ in the wedding procession in Aharoda village. Due to that sound, women and children from the village, along with the bride and groom's relatives, were watching the procession from the roof. The sound was very loud, which caused Rashi to have a heart attack.
Her family immediately took her to the hospital, but she died while undergoing treatment. Rashi's sudden death has shocked her family and the villagers.
Villagers have expressed concern about the dangers caused by the excessive noise of DJs. They have demanded the government to ban the noise of DJs to prevent such incidents from happening again. National Democratic Alliance MLA Madan Bhaiya also consoled Rashi's family. Villagers allege that the extremely loud noise of DJs can harm the elderly and young children, so it is necessary to control this noise.
