A major update has emerged for women in the state. Under the Chief Minister's Beloved Sister Scheme, sisters are likely to receive an honorarium of 2100 rupees instead of 1500 rupees in the October installment. Although there is no official information about this change, Minister Narhari Zirwal has given positive indications about it.

Minister Zirwal clarified that the Chief Minister's Dear Sister Scheme will not be closed under any circumstances. Women aged 21 to 65 are given financial assistance of 1500 rupees per month. To avail of this scheme, women need to complete the e-KYC process, for which the deadline is given until November.
Possibility of increasing the honorarium
Narahari Zirwal mentioned that consideration could be given to increasing the amount of the honorarium. Therefore, sisters are waiting to receive an installment of 2100 rupees.
Loan Disbursement Started
Under the Chief Minister's Beloved Sister Scheme, loan disbursement to women has also started. The Dadar branch in Mumbai has disbursed loans to 57 women. Minister Aditi Tatkare presented the loan cheques to the women, which will boost women's entrepreneurship.
