(Western Railway) Information has been received that action has been taken against passengers traveling without tickets on Western Railway. Information has been received that action has been taken against 100,000 free riders.

A ticket inspection campaign was conducted on the Western Railway line. It is reported that a fine of 4 crore 34 lakh rupees was collected in the special campaign conducted in January. This campaign was conducted by Western Railway to curb ticketless travel.
