Ajit Pawar : Ajit Pawar spoke clearly on the 70 thousand crore scam
For the past three years, Ajit Pawar has been consistently accused of a 70,000 crore scam. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to BJP workers, allegations of scams and corruption have been continuously made against him. Two days ago, while speaking at an election rally, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar stated, 'I am now in power with those who accused me of a 70,000 crore corruption.' This led to a flurry of speculations in political circles. In this context, Ajit Pawar has once again commented on the 70,000 crore scam.
Ajit Pawar said, "I did not make any changes to any file. I only signed the file given by the secretary. If I had made any changes, I would have been entirely responsible for it. But I am being targeted. Due to these allegations, I had resigned from the post of Deputy Chief Minister at that time. Ajit Pawar said, a white paper was issued on the 70 thousand crore scam. At that time, there was a committee of 5 people including Madhavrao Chitale. After investigating for three months, they reported that there was no irregularity or corruption in this matter. This is still on record today. Ajit Pawar clarified this. Therefore, allegations are made in politics, he also noted.
The name of the Irrigation Department has now been changed to the Ministry of Water Resources. In this regard, I was accused even in 2010. After that, I verified the projects and accounts of the department during that period. From 1960 to 2010, the expenditure of this department was only 45 thousand crores. But I was accused of 70 thousand crores, how is this possible, Ajit Pawar also raised this question. Today in Pune, everyone is hesitant to speak about the Koyta gang.
But only political parties are to blame for this. Most political parties have decided that it is easier to achieve success in elections. Therefore, not just now, but for many years, this situation has been created in Pune. Therefore, it is not possible for me to make all the decisions alone because I am a representative of one party. Where eight to ten parties are working together, everyone has to take responsibility, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar expressed this clear opinion. “Everything cannot be pushed onto one person or one party. Collective responsibility must be accepted. It is now necessary to bring control so that the situation does not get out of hand,” Ajit Pawar also said. This statement has sparked a discussion on the current political situation.
