Akshay Kumar: Bollywood’s ‘Housefull’ Deal! Actor Sells Another Mumbai Property

Akshay Kumar Property: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has sold eight residential and commercial properties in Mumbai over the past seven months, with the total transaction value reaching approximately ₹110 crore. These properties in prime areas like Borivali, Worli, and Lower Parel include luxurious apartments and commercial spaces.

Akshay Kumar sold three 3 BHK apartments in the Oberoi Sky City project in Borivali. In January 2025, he sold a 1,073 square foot apartment for ₹4.25 crore, which he had purchased in 2017 for ₹2.38 crore. Subsequently, in March, he sold another apartment for ₹4.35 crore, earning an 84% return. In the same month, he sold a 3 BHK and a studio apartment together for ₹6.60 crore, achieving an 89% profit.

In July 2025, he again sold two apartments together for ₹7.10 crore, which were purchased in 2017 for ₹3.69 crore. He received a substantial 92% return from this transaction. The largest deal during this period was the luxury apartment of 6,830 square feet in the Oberoi Three Sixty West project in Worli, which he sold for ₹80 crore with his wife Twinkle Khanna. This apartment also included four car parking spaces.

In April 2025, he sold a commercial office in the One Place Lodha project in Lower Parel for ₹8 crore. This office was purchased in 2020 for ₹4.85 crore, yielding a 65% return. Akshay Kumar's property sales have sparked interest in the real estate sector. Experts believe these steps are part of his investment strategy.
